To setup a load balancer configuration, the following jar file should be executed on screen.
I would like to know if there is a way to execute this file on concole? Since I d not have an acces to reach the machine screen, I have to perform all settings on console. When I run it on console (connected through ssh), I have X11 display error.
java -jar glassfish-lbconfigurator-3_1.jar
Thanks in advance.
Maybe you can try setting up the X11 display. There are some notes provided here: http://www.linuxquestions.org/questions/linux-newbie-8/x11-display-problem-731716/
Steps to install the load balancer (which you probably already found) - http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E18930_01/html/821-2432/gkybx.html
I can execute the jar file when I access the linux machine using screen.
What I want to know is that how I can execute the jar file after connecting the linux machine over ssh (I mean , connection remote linux machine from my laptop via putty ssh).
Is there a way to give required parameter to the jar file on console rather than on screen prompt?
