    Need Some Guidance To Get Into BI pool

      I am a Oracle PL SQL developer, planning to direct my career towards OBIEE, could some one please give me suggestion's in terms of career growth and technical aspects.
      Sorry this might be routine question, asked by lot of people over this blog.I don't know any people around here, to give suggestion, only way i've is OTN.
      And please post some links/pdf on about BI basics, please.I am expecting from 11g onwards.
