My DB system consisted of RAC.
Yesterday, i modified a sqlnet.ora, configuring a sqlnet.authentication_services=(none)
I checked it using sqlplus.
DB1 was OK but DB2 was failed
This is DB2 message.

SQL> connect sys/oracle as sysdba
ORA-01031: insufficient privileges
I didn't know why sys user didn't have sysdba privilege.
Then I downloaded DB1's sqlnet.ora and uploaded it at DB2.
But DB2 was failed.
Please answer a questions....

Check your variables env ORACLE_HOME and ORACLE_SID or try connect using easy connect method.
sqlplus sys/oracle@hostanme:<port>/<service_name> as sysdba

What are the earlier parameters & values in DB1 & DB2 of sqlnet.ora ?
Have you Changed password file?
You, have to check or recreate the oracle password file.
Recreate the file otherwise please send more details.
