    Need to assign a Group while creating SR in HTML (Service Desk Analyst)

      Hi,

      We need to be able to assign a specific group at the time of creating an SR via HTML (Service Desk Analyst or Customer Support responsibilities). We have displayed the fields “Assigned Group” and “Individual Owner” in the ‘Create Service Request’ page, but it still tries to autoassign. Any idea how to overcome this?
