    Blanket PO

    Mahendra
      Guys,

Is there any way we can issue standard PO against blanket purchase agreement??
I know we can reference contract PO in standard PO

Purchasing just pops a note saying blanket PO exists..but i can't find a way to reference it
or basic intention of note for the user is to stop standard PO and go for releases?
or we have to just issue releases against blanket PO's

      Thanks
      Mahendra

          Hi Mahendra,

You would be able to create only a release on a blanket agreement.

The only exception case is , if the BPA is marked as "GLOBAL" - select the global check box, you would be able to create a standard PO from a BPA.

          Regards,

              Hi Mahendra,

As Purchasing is OU dependent, Local BPA is restricted to that OU only where it has been created. But Global BPAs can be referenced from other OUs also.

Also it's requested that, if you find the answers helpful or correct, rate it accordingly. This will help people who are searching for the same issue, but as answered posts.

              Thanks & Regards
