Smartview: members missing from member selection window

When I try to change the POV in Smartview sheets, NOT all the members defined for a dimension show up in the Member Selection dropdown list, sometimes it shows 3 out of all 5 members that are defined. For some users, it shows even a fewer number of members. Can anyone help?
