ESSO PuTTY

I am trying to set up templates with PuTTY. When testing, I am finding that ESSO appears to stop responding to PuTTY during sessions. There does not appear to be any consistent command that does this. When showing ssomho or the trace controller, I get feedback from QuerySessions, Emulator, Screens, and MatchData events. After the response stops, only HllApi continues in the logs. At this point also, if I close PuTTY and attempt to reopen, the screen for PuTTY fails to load until I restart the agent. I have tried PuTTY 0.60 and 0.62. I am also running ESSO version 11.1.1.5.1 on Windows Server 2008 R2.
Has anyone seen this problem?
Update: After removing support for the windows console (which worked fine), the HllApi events also stop when the rest of the events fail.
