You can not shrink a ZFS filesystem.
Growing one doesn't require any special efforts - as long as the 'autoexpand' property is set it will handle it on its own when the underlying device/partition changes size - but shrinking is not possible directly due to the way it works.
The only way to do what you are aiming for is to backup the filesystem, resize the partitions, recreate the filesystem and then finally restore the filesystem data. zfs send/zfs receive will help with that but you will need somewhere to hold the data temporarily.
In relation to resizing the NTFS partition - that should be okay since the start of the partition isn't changing.
