We have a Purchase Order Report that in one of the fields have email addresses of the suppliers.
Currently after clicking the "View" button and get the PDF of the report, we save the PDF to local disk.
Then a new Outlook message is created and Email addresses from the supplier are put into the To: list (by hand or using copy-paste).
This process involves a lot of extra work (mouse-clicks), and is done approx. 16.000 times/year.
Since BI Publisher has a button “Send” we wonder if this process cannot be automated in such a way that we will be able to send the reports immediately from BI Publisher, where the suppliers email addresses are automatically filled in.
