Removing yourself from a Workspace should be possible from the Participants area - click on yourself and then click remove. failing that find the coordinator of the Workspace and get them to remove you.
thanks for your reply, however, when you click on participants, it doesn't allow you to remove yourself. I really don't want to have to mail owners of every w/space as I need to remove myself from numerous!
any other suggestions?
Ah, I had not realised you are stuck in a workspace and cannot remove yourself - I suppose I have more privileges and can do it due to those being present.
If this is on BeehiveOnline perhaps you can request to be removed from the group and that may remove you from the subsidiary workspace(s).
I will see if there is a way to do this from the clients.
So, this is about 10 months old so I hate to dredge it up again. But I would like to know if this is possible.
Or if I could just hide workspaces that would work as well. I know you can do "favorites" but that isn't always optimal way of filtering.
I gather no other solution was found?
Is this workspace in ST Beehive or Beehive Online? If you're not able to remove yourself from the workspace in ST Beehive then please raise a service request with the helpdesk. If its Beehive Online then please contact the owner of the group and ask them to remove you from it.
Found this on a search but I too am unable to remove my self from a workspace. I can select my name from the list of participants but there are no action buttons for me to do anything. My role is "workspace-member".
Am I missing something?
Look in the participant list and find the name of Workspace-coordinator - they can remove you. There is no self- removal tool in the client.
