Migrate from 32-Bit to 64-Bit

Need to Migrate a Oracle 10.2.0.1 DB on RHEL 5 (32-Bit) to a new server Oracle 22.214.171.124 on RHEL 6.2 (64-Bit).
What should be the best practice.
