Based on your older questions I found this :
I assume you are doing a query like this on the Primary :
And that SWITCHOVER_STATUS is returning 'RESOLVABLE GAP'
SELECT DATABASE_ROLE, DB_UNIQUE_NAME, NAME, SWITCHOVER_STATUS FROM V$DATABASE;
You might find an Error with something like this :
In case of Error check both Alert logs for clues.
SELECT STATUS, GAP_STATUS FROM V$ARCHIVE_DEST_STATUS WHERE DEST_ID = 2;
Does this query on the Standby show MRP0 as APPLYING_LOG?
Is DB_UNIQUE_NAME set correctly on both the Primary and the Standby?
SELECT PROCESS, STATUS, CLIENT_PROCESS, SEQUENCE# FROM V$MANAGED_STANDBY;
So in the Standby Spfile do you have this set?
( assuming this is the same server )
Can you confirm the Databases are in sync?
