Downgrade installed version of kernel-xen
Apr 25, 2012 12:44 AM
I am trying to setup Oracle RAC11.2 on Centos5.7.
I actually had to install kernel-xen-2.6.18-274.el5.i686, but I installed a higher version by mistake.
I am unable to delete it using the rpm -e command.
Can someone please tell me how I can uninstall the higher version?

in response to
I fixed it.
We have to use yum-erase command.
after it gets uninstalled, I was able to install the correct version.
