I have been facing one problem regarding Service Allotment List .Actually the current usage of Web Services Bandwidth Allotment and Web Services Operations Allotment has exceeded the allotment value by seven MB and seven operations and still it is working fine .Does anyone has idea as to how is this possible to exceed this limit and still further requests to Oracle CRM On Demand Web services are processed. Does Oracle has something as to allow to a limit after exceeded usage. If so then what is the limit approximately.
Quick Response will be highly appreciated!!
Thanks in Advance,
Currently there are no restrictions on web services bandwidth allotment.
The enforcement on other allotments such as web services operations allotment will be made mandatory only after 019.035.006.001 patch update.
Please check your current version.
You will find the information in the footer of the main page of your Oracle CRM On Demand application (once logged).
In the footer of the page, click the "Service Information" link.
In the Service Information page, you can check the version (which might be 001800,019.035.005 currently)
Then you can check in the "Production Maintenance Schedule" applet when the application of the patch is scheduled.
After patch application, the web services allotment rules will be enforced !
