It is possible to use another URL for my application? No, APEX Listener itself just "lives" in the context you deploy it to. Whatever you want to redirect/rewrite/whatever must be done in your JEE Container serving APEX or in front of it.
For instance, I have the application URL myhost:8080/apex/f?p=104,
and I want to change it to myapplication.mynet.
It's possible to configure the apex listener to make a redirect,
in a way that when I access the URL myapplication.mynet it redirects to the myhost:8080/apex/f?p=104?
The embedded JEE Container used when APEX Listener is running in the so called "Standalone Mode" does not offer such features. Of course, you can use a proxy or regular HTTP server to serve your domain and let this node do the redirect/rewrite/..., which, by the way, would be an "implementation" of [url http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc1925]RFC 1925 (Truth 6a) ;)
