    Unable to create Attach Points for Tape Drive using SGEN driver in Solaris

      I have a Solaris 10 X86 Server connected by FC switch to a SL500 Tape Library and 2*HP LTO5.
      On Solaris OS, this devices are available:
      c8::500104f000cbc45a tape connected configured unknown
      c9 fc-fabric connected configured unknown
      c9::21000024ff3dff4c disk connected configured unknown
      c9::21000024ff3e00aa disk connected configured unknown
      c10 fc-fabric connected configured unknown
      c10::500104f000cbc44d med-changer connected configured unknown
      c10::500104f000cbc457 tape connected configured unknown

      Following the Installation Guide, the file /kernel/drv/sgen.conf is correctly configured with the next entry:

      The following files are OK:
      cat /etc/minor_perm | grep -i sgen
      sgen:* 0600 root sys

      cat /etc/name_to_major | grep -i sgen
      sgen 145

      However, when I execute the next command, I receive the following:
      add_drv -m '* 0666 bin bin' -i '"scsiclass,01" "scsiclass,08" "scsa,01.bmpt" "scsa,0.8.bmpt"' sgen
      ("scsiclass,08") already in use as a driver or alias.

      And the only device file created is:
      s -l /dev/scsi/changer
      total 1
      lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 135 May 9 06:07 c10t500104F000CBC44Dd0 -> ../../../devices/pci@0,0/pci8086,340c@5/pci111d,806c@0/pci111d,806c@2/pci1077,172@0,1/fp@0,0/medium-changer@w500104f000cbc44d,0:changer

      The device file for the Tape Drives in /dev/scsi/sequential was not created:
      ls -l /dev/scsi/sequential
      /dev/scsi/sequential: No such file or directory

      Any help will be useful!!!!!!
