I would like to seek your assistance to install Oracle 11g in the cloud.
Please find below server information:
Extra Large Instance (m1.xlarge)
- Up to 8 EC2 Compute Units (4 virtual cores with 2 EC2 Units each)
- 15GB RAM, 500GB instance storage
- I/O Performance : high
OS –: Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.2 (Santiago)
We have only PUTTY connection by using ssh port 22.
I configure all required configuration on the server by connected Putt/Tiger VNC.
When Finally I run .runInstaler then this message shown.
Please help me.

If you have VNC - i think you should be able to have sort of desktop on the box? but may be I'm wrong
You can create a response file on another box and run installer with ./runInstaller -silent --responseFile /tmp/youresponsefile.rsp
The response file must be create for the same version of Oracle
You need to install X Server on you client (where Putty is running), Xming for example
Enable Connection -> SSH -> X11 -> Enable X11 Forwarding in Putty session's settings
Connect to EC box using Putty, now it should have X11 redirected on you local box, and run runInstaller
