    Separate JVMs

I have a web page that is launching two instances of a vendor applet. I am using the separate_jvm=true parameter. Everything works fine in IE8 and Firefox 12. However when I open the page in IE9 it seems to be ignoring the separate_jvm parameter.

Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone have any suggestions?

Maybe it would help if you post the browser VM debug info. To obtain it, see section "Browser VM Troubleshooting":

          Typically, from command shell do:

          set JPI_PLUGIN2_DEBUG=true
          set JPI_PLUGIN2_VERBOSE=true
          "C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe"

Thank you for the trouble shooting information. I think I've got this one figured out now. I have Windows 7 64-bit and I had both the 32 and 64 bit JDKs installed. I uninstalled everything Java then reinstalled the 32-bit JRE and the 64-bit JDK and now the 'separate_jvm' parameter seems to be working. Some signals must have been getting crossed somewhere.

            Thanks again.
