Somehow he got provisioned with a username of jhandy - I have adjusted it to his email address - get him to try again.
Thanks Phil. Strange - he has access now, but it says the requested workspace was not found.
Do I need to re-add him to the workspace using the revised username?
I have reset Jez's status to Pending and he will be reprovisioned properly with the new login name - that should fix the problem.
