I have a requirement to capture the preferred contact method for a customer contact in oracle R12. I see there is a field at the HZ_PARTIES table called PREFERRED_CONTACT_METHOD. I wanted to know can we use this to capture this information. On what screen is this Field Displayed. IS there any other way if not this to Capture this information. I am using the TCA API"s to create the customer data.
Any help would be really appreciated.
