I have documents uploaded on https://beehiveonline.oracle.com/teamcollab/overview/Oracle_FLEXCUBE_Direct_Banking_Program_Workspace for partners to access.
There are two accounts both show as verified, are unable to access the folder.
1. firstname.lastname@example.org : he can log in, but does not see the work space listed.
2. email@example.com : using firefox to access, and gets the following error
The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because it uses an invalid or unsupported form of compression.
Please contact the web site owners to inform them of this problem.
I have reset firstname.lastname@example.org and he should be OK. Adding email@example.com to the workspace throws an errorin our command - can you try adding him to the workspace in the teamcollab client.
