We were having trouble playing back a Beehive conference. We've now installed the codec and the playback works!
However, the recording is playing back without sound. We know that voice chat was enabled for the recording of the meeting. Perhaps we missed some key points about recording voice chat? Can you help?
I just did a test conf recording and found that with just me on the line, I can hear my voice at the start of the recording for a couple of seconds and then it trails off and becomes more like a low, quiet warble. Have you heard of this problem before?
Any advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated!
"It could just be the regular quality issues we have around voice. Although things are better now than they were in earlier releases, quality is still an issue sometimes. That's particularly true for remote users or people coming in over VPN. It's a problem that we're continually trying to improve."
Looks like we have a known issue and are working to fix it. Do the circumstances ft your case - VPN etc.
