Well, yes this isn't the right location either. On the other hand to help you on this we need the Calendar Server Version, your country and contact information. Then we can try to figure out the right Sales contact for you.
If you on Oracle Beehive Calendar Server or Oracle/Sun Calendar Server 6.x Version then most likely that was the reason you not got anything back yet, because these Products are End of Support life soon.
Our version is:
Oracle Communications Calendar Server 6.3-30.01(188.8.131.52.0) (built Sep 29 2011)
But we are in the process of migrating to Calendar 7 so no matter the issue, we still need to pay for our licenses.
I'm leary of posting my info to contact on a public forum. If someone from Oracle/Sun needs to contact us, they should be able to look up our company, EMC Insurance or Employers Mutual Casualty Companies, in the contract DB and get a hold of us. If there is a way to send a PM, I will be more than willing to send you our information that way.
