Error during Solaris OS installation

Dear All,

Currently I have facing problem when installing the Solaris OS. I have tried few times but error still there.

One or more disks are found, but one of the
following problems exists:

*> Hardware failure*

*> Unformatted disk.*

Is this the same system you posted about in yesterdday's forum post?
Can't boot to OS
That post mentioned an issue on a T2000 system.

What release Solaris are you trying to use.

(If this is all for a different system, wouldn't you think it might matter to mention what hardware you're having this issue on?)
