Java Cpanel does not work under Win 7 (or WES7) 32bit, but works with 64bit

I am working on a Cedar Trail based platform, with Windows 7 32bit (Pro and WES7)
The main software is based on Java.
After to have installed all the drivers, I have performed JDK7 installation which has been run correctly.

Clicking on Java incon under Windows control panel seems to do not happen nothing under Windows 7 PRO, while under WES7 I got the error "Java (TM) SE binary has stopped working".
Below this mail you can find the error log from Windows events.
Both with Win7 and WES7, javaw.exe is initialized but it has been suddenly terminated; I tried to disable firewall and DEP, but nothing changes.

The strange thing is that with Windows 7 64bit the problem doesn't happen.
I hope you can help me.
      Best regards
