Short answer: yes.1 person found this helpful
The Siebel Bookshelf has a chapter on Web Services.
Bookshelf > Integration Platform Technologies: Siebel Enterprise Application Integration > 5 Web Services
OK thanks. But I don't find the information I need (IMEI, Gsm calls history etc...).
Siebel doesn't expose the whole application through Web Services.1 person found this helpful
It could be that new Web Services (and/or Integration Objects) need to be added, or some existing ones extended.
Ok, if I understand correctly, you mean that :
- A new web service could be developed and added to siebel (I think of Siebel Tools)
- An integration object (if one exists with my specific needs) could be added
- An existing integration object (if one exists with some of my specific needs) could be updated
