We just got a new Xerox printer and want to use tray3 for letterhead only.
On the printer itself, we defined that tray3 is used for letterhead. So if someone chooses to print on that Xerox, from MS Word for instance, indicating Letterhead, the prnter will automatically choose tray3.
My issue is that if I want to print from Oracle eBusiness Suite, and iif I choose Tray3, I get an error message stating I should provide Normal paper.
I tried to amend the PPD driver to set the MediaType to Letterhead automatically for Tray3, but it doesn't work.
Can someone help me?
