Please make sure of the following things:
+ Were the MOS credentials were set?
+ Was the Refresh From My Oracle Support job running fine with out issues?
+ Was the Software Library configured?
The above are mandatory tasks for running the Check Updates.
If all the above set and still gives the error, please provide the screen shot and the job output with the errors tracked, that would help us to troubleshoot the cause.
