I think the problem is that the Refresh property (on the Refresh Clause tab) is set to NONE. If you set this to YES, the REFRESH ON COMMIT should be generated.
Yes but then shouldn't "Refresh Type" be blank (instead of FAST) like "Refresh Action" is blank by default.
Or better yet, you already fill the mview name upon selection of a table for on prebuilt -- so should you select refresh YES upon choosing a type and/or action?
Seems to be an inconsistency here.
Then there is the FAST not being in the XML which troubles me as well.
And I may as well reiterate my remark that reduced precision should default to NO rather than yes in order to be consistent with the SQL DDL defaults.

If a property has its default value, it is often not included in the XML file. This is the reason FAST is not included.
I agree that the default for Reduced Precision should really be NO. We will look into changing this.
