I am implementing P6r8.2 at a client site and would like to use a reflection project to capture status updates from Team Member Web for review while the scheduler works in the live project. We like how Team Member simplifies the interaction with the schedule but the selection criteria for the Team Member interface is limited to an activity participant or owner and we need to allow a broader group of people to update the status of the activity. We could push them to P6 Web to update those activities but prefer to use Team Member because of the simplicity.
It seems that Team Member is using web services to pull the activities from the PMDB based on documentation I've seen. Does anyone know if you can refine the selection criteria in the web services to pull in more activities than those to which you are assisnged or list you as an activity owner?
