you cannot say that there is no support. if you want support then you will have to raise an SR in support.oracle.com
Your post doesn't provide any steps to reproduce the defect. I created several sample applications using ADF in OEPE and never hit this issue. So you want to explain step-by-step (as you would explain it to a new hire) how to reproduce the issue. I can't imagine that this happens by providing the application name only, so there must be something more.
