        SQL>
        In MS SQL database I see only collation parameter set to 'Czech_CI_AS'

        This problem occurs only in PL/SQL DEVELOPER, as when I run it on server, from SQLPLUS, then result is correct.

        Result from PL/SQL:
        select h."CisloOrg", h."Nazev", sysdate as Timestamp
                 from "TabCisOrg"@HELIOSFO h;

           CisloOrg Nazev TIMESTAMP
        ----------- ----- -----------
                  0       19.7.2012 1
                  1       19.7.2012 1
                  3       19.7.2012 1
                  4       19.7.2012 1
                 10       19.7.2012 1
        So it might be something related to PL/SQL

          Tomas,
          PL/SQL Developer is a third party tool and we don't suppoort that. You'll need to talk to PL/SQL support unless the same problem happens running PL/SQL from a SQLPLUS session.
          I've seen problems like this before that are specific to PL/SQL developer.

          Regards,
          Mike
