It's possible that the problem is related to this subset statement:
drop table electro_model; create table electro_model as select * from table(rqTableEval( cursor(select ZHD,EL from ELECTRISITY where DAT>'01.04.2012' and DAT<' ), NULL, NULL, 'electro2'));
In particular, no upper limit is specified for DAT:
DAT>'01.04.2012' and DAT<'
Let us know if providing an upper value for DAT resolves the problem. I'll create an enhancement for Oracle R Enterprise to return an error in this case.
I hope this helps.
Thank you, Sherry. But there is a limit DAT< 02.06.2012 (the date is in quotes, but it becomes invisible again when i enclosed the it in quotes)
I don't know why it is not visible on my previous post, when i edited message it was there ...
any other ideas?

Running the model and predictions using your data will help isolate the problem. Is it possible to submit the data by email?
shure, Sherry. It would be great. What is your e-mail ?
My email address is email@example.com. Thank you!
