Contact Oracle Support.
Log a Support Request.
Work with them to install and run Explorer.
Arrange to send them the Explorer output file (or alternatively all your /var/adm/messages files).
Schedule a service window to shut the system down so that they can have a service engineer replace the failing memory module(s).

The people that post to forum inquiries are end-users, just like you.
These forums are NOT a way to "speak" to Oracle technical support staffmembers.
There are no company employees just sitting there waiting for you to post.
What you seem to be hoping to get is techsupport.
That is too intricate for an anonymous internet forum to take care of.
For that you will need to log a S.R.
do you think is this a operating system error??????I also find it curious that you have posted what is essentially the same error three times now, on different computer systems.
can u see the uper link i find it and that dacument said this is a operating system error.
(this thread plus these other two threads)
MCA: MEMORY CONTROLLER GEN_CHANNELunspecified_ERR Transaction
That suggests a configuration error. That suggests you like to install some sort of logging daemon that eliminates all the natural system logging and tries to replace it with a consolidating logger. That would definitely require assistance from TechSupport because an analysis is far too complicated to be handled by a forum discussion.
Go to the companies that you bought the systems from.
Open support cases with each.
Pay for support if you must, but that's the only way to get a solution.
