    Problem with interactions in contact center

      hi all,

      we are using 11.5.9 version of Oracle Applications.
      We are facing a peculiar problem while dealing with interactions. Even though we are selecting values in Result, Reason and outcome fields, we are getting null values in the backend table i.e., JTF_IH_INTERACTIONS except in outcome field some fixed description is getting populated like 'Customer Contacted'.(This is not selected at all during wrap up.)

      Please help me in tracking this issue.
