ohw-links.ear not available !!

Hi guys

I'm looking for ohw-links.ear file that is requirement for [Integrating Help with your ADF Applications|http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/developer-tools/help/ohw-rc-097487.html] and there is no 'ohw-links.ear' ! :( when I click on download file it gives me NO TITLE page.

Any body can help me or upload that file somewhere that I can download it.
