Setting up Call Back in Oracle iStore
After setting up Oracle iSupport and Oracle Telephony Manager, set the following profile option at the application level to iStore.
IBE: Use Call Me Back: Set to Yes to activate the callback feature.
The profile option defaults to No if not set.
