What is your application release?
Can you find any errors in the application/database log files?
Please see if (Configurator Error Message - App-Fnd-00005 - Oracle.Apps.Cz.Cio.Logicalruntimeexception [ID 1298819.1]) helps. If not, please log a SR and see if Oracle support can help.
We are currently on 184.108.40.206 version.
We raised SR with oracle support but did not get any solution because this is custom UI(SR: 3-3994556841).
Please note that this issue is intermittent. Whenever we get this error message, we reset the UI and reenter the configuration.
Thanks for the update.

I tried to capture the runtime exception in jserv.log file and found that most of the time it throwing error in below code.
another piece of code that is throwing same error.
IRuntimeNode iruntimenode1 = statusinfo.getNode();
IRuntimeNode iruntimenode2 = iruntimenode1.getParent();
int j = iruntimenode1.getType();
I also got below exception but it is very rare.
oracle.apps.cz.cio.LogicalRuntimeException: Fatal Logic Error: P_1964 :4 No such variable defined
I am not able to understand why same code shows two different behavior for same set of data.
Please give me some idea so that i can work in right direction.
Can you create a simple test case and apply the custom configuration and test it. Create a bare simple model enough to make the CX work and test this issue . Does it still occur?
