I have tried everything possible to log in SQLPlus. I used USERNAME-SYSTEM and PASSWORD -SYSDBA.. but it is refusing to connect to my Database. I searched for the environment file, and can not see it at all. The only file I got is the one located in E:\StageR12\VIS\db\tech_st\11.1.0\sqlplus and the one in E:\StageR12\VIS\db\tech_st\11.1.0\BIN. I doubt if these are the env.files.Since you are on Windows, look for *.cmd files under $ORACLE_HOME directory -- E:\StageR12\VIS\db\tech_st\11.1.0
I also tried to log in as manager..password as sys but it is refusing..It is system/manager

May you kindly check for me if this variable path is correct or maybe there is something amiss about it:
I suspect maybe my path for Oracle_Homes is bad becasue when I try to log in SQLPlus it states:
" Procedure entry point longjmp could not be located in dynamic link library orauts.dll"
But I searched for the file "orauts,dll".. it is present!!!
