Chain exception in OSM server

Hi,

We are getting the below mentioned chain exception on OSM server and it is in loop, affecting the performance of the server, thereby rejecting the incoming messages from remote destinations.
Kindly request to provide the reason for this error and the resolution thereafter.

    Hi I have not seen this particular error but it seems weird to me that the predecessor and successor order ID given in the trace are the same; this could be part of the issue.
    Because normally these should be two different orders.
    Perhaps a wrong reference to the predecessor in the successor order?
