Your Otiglobal COPNI Add-On has a ISO 14443-4A Tag Type.
ATR=3B80800101 - that is a pseudo (dummy) ATR.
Probably it is the some NXP SmartMX JCOP 31/41 dual interface NFC chip.
You can look at this link:
and find a device (BLADOX Waver) which is very similar to your Otiglobal COPNI Add-On.
Also you can look the internal structure of BLADOX Waver at next link:
but you should to substitute the NXP chip with antenna coil instead of TI CC2420 RF Chip.
So, unfortunately you willn't be able to select the SIM applet via NFC reader because a SIM card chip and a dual interface NFC chip are the different circuits. Also your Otiglobal COPNI Add-On has a microcontroller as a proxy device between SIM card and the dual interface NFC chip.

Ok, there is a chip between the SIM and the reader.. So, my reader communicates with the COPNI's chip, not the sim..
But I am little confused.. If I find the "BLADOX Waver", will I be able to select the applet in the sim? or not? or what's the solution to select the sim applet via NFC reader (with a RF Add On)?

And this microcontroller is a main device communicating with a mobile terminal (phone), SIM card and a NFC chip. IMHO if you want to select the SIM applet via NFC reader you should to develope the appropriate applets for SIM card and NFC chip. Also you should to develope appropriate firmware program for microcontroller.

thank you.. It seems, maybe my architect is a little wrong.. I will look at the BLADOX forum..

But as I know, you can select or communicate with another applet, only if both are in the same chip.. Right?
So even if I develop a gateway applet for the Add-On to pass all APDU's to the SIM applet , I can not select the applet and send apdu's from the Add-On.. Or can I ?

Isn't the CL ATR generated by the reader since T=CL doesn't have an ATR?Not only. The NXP SmartMX chips have a feature of configurable ATR at a pre-personalization stage.
For what exactly?That firmware program for microcontroller will execute a function of the supervisor. One way is that a supervisor program inquires the NFC chip periodically by selecting and sending the appropriate APDUs to the gateway applet. If a gateway applet at NFC chip has a request for SIM card applet then a supervisor program can select and send the appropriate APDUs to the SIM applet. So, in this way we can make the data exchange between two applets at the different chips.
Ok.. Its a bit low level.. The Add-On SDK is probably not enough to develop the microcontroller?
That's directly the PIC programming, what usually the vendor does.
