    WLS 11g and WLS 12c in the same cluster?

      Part of a migration strategy test we are contemplating involves running a 4 node cluster where 2 nodes are WLS11g and 2 nodes are WLS12c. Has anyone tried this? Or are there any known limitations besides potential 32-bit/64-bit issues? I'd really appreciate your feedback and experiences on this...

          Please go through the cluster document once again...it's clearly mentioned there that in a cluster all the nodes should run the same weblogic version...
          so, I guess what you are trying is not possible...
          Please update this thread with your findings too...

            Not in the same domain. Maybe when you create separate domains, which means two separate clusters.

            In this case you can use cross cluster replication to replicate the session state between the two:
