You can try refreshing this host configuration once and check if the information is captured:
Perform the following:
+ Run "Refresh Host Configuration"
Deployment ---> refresh host configuration ---> select the problematic host (the one which was not showing IPAddress) and click on "Refresh Hosts".
+ Then execute following command "emctl upload agent"
+ Login to Grid Control again and verify the status.
Tried that and does not work.
Then would suggest to log an SR for this case for further triage.
