Are any errors logged in the user error log?
A) Choose Tools > Clear Error Log
B) Re-run the process
C) Choose Tools > View Error Log
Is anything written?
Thanks for the response. I just check and there are no errors written to the log.
Also, last Friday I opened a SR with Oracle. Oarcle has indicated there's a problem with the default date format from FDM, Local Server to the Oracle Database. They have provided a workaround and should be implementing it this morning. I will keep this thread up-to-date with the outcome.
Check that the service accounts regional settings for date are setup properly.
Thanks for the suggestion and you are correct. As matter of fact, I just finished a call with Oracle Support who identified that the date format was set incorrently on the reginal settings on the local FDM Windows server! Not sure how the regional settings were changed, but once settings were set correctly, the problem was resolved.
Could you tell me how you set up it?I have the same issue,I don't know how to set up the date format.Or could you give me the TAR number what you have raised?
