I have upgraded OBIEE from 10g to 22.214.171.124. I am able to get alerts on dashboard using delivers. But I am not able to get same on Email. Following warning is thrown Device (pcemail) is not set in (Administrator) delivery profile
Following things i have taken care.
1. In Enterprise Manager =>deployments=>mail , smtp server, username , p/w etc fields are set. These same do work for DAC, so are valid.
2. For User, in 'My Account' I have defined 'email' under devices with proper email address. Also defined delivery profile.
3. Also in Enterprise manager same mail id is assigned for same user.
Am i missing anything..? kindly help..

But, I had followed same steps.. Still error persists... As I have observed in other projects, this procedure works for new solution. Could be some upgradation issue.
Can somebody suggest any workaround..?
Very weird workaround I came across....
In delivery profile, priority is to be set to 'Normal' or combination of priorities including 'Normal'. If 'Normal' is skipped, it gives this warning.
Cross checked many times...Can't digest... but thats the way it worked for me...
