10g oracle is owned by user ora10gr4 and 11g oracle is owned by user ora11203.in this case you have to perform manual upgrade inplace of DBUA.
•It is not possible to upgrade a database using DBUA when the source and target Oracle homes are owned by different users. Attempting to do so returns an error similar to the following:
PRKH-1014 Current user user is not the same as owner owner of oracle home
DBUA Error: PRKH-1014 Current user <user> is not the same as owner <owner> of oracle home while upgrading to 11gR2 [ID 1323077.1]
