I was trying to troubleshoot Catalog errors. From the reference document, we have to Check the Oracle Inventory Item."The item is available in the user's organization. A user only sees items in his or her inventory organization. You can check the Oracle iStore log file for "Organization Id" to see the value of the user's Inventory Organization ID."

How can we check the Oracle iStore log file for "Organization Id" to see the value of the user's Inventory Organization ID. (R12)

          Hello

The iStore java debug log (middle tier) will show the details for the Operating Unit (OU) and the Inventory Organization that is referenced for loading the items -

          Operating Unit check -

          [IBEUtil.getProfile] ORG_ID=105
          [ibeCZzpHeader.jsp] profOU is 105
          [ibeCZzpHeader.jsp] currOU is 105; profOU is 105

Inventory Organization checks throughout the log:

For the loading of sections -

          [Section.getItemIDs(BigDecimal)] Organization ID: 86
          ...

          For the loading of items

          [Item.load(int[], int, boolean, boolean, boolean,boolean)] begin, item size=10, mode=0, retrievePrice=false,checkPublishedStatus=trueorg id 86
          ...

          Getting item descriptions -

          [Item.getLongDescription] Inside Item.GetLongDescription with orgId
          [Item.getLongDescription] Language Code=USItem ID :123456Org Id:86
          ...

Please advise if this is the information needed.
