I was wondering if anybody else had experienced any issues with the Incident Notification emails in AACG?
We have a job scheduled each morning which should generate an email notification to control participants, displaing the controls which have generated incidents in the last control analysis run.
However, recently the notifications have been detailing EVERY control - regardless of whether an incident has been generated or not.
We are currently on AACG version 22.214.171.12400.
Any advice/ideas on this would be much appreciated.
AACG 8.6.4 has just been released. Consider upgrading to see if that might correct your issues. There is an option on the notification screen configuration that allows you to select "Include All Worklist Entries".
