Smart Scans and Oracle Label Security?

We are doing some early evaluation of the exadata feature set (we do not have a machine available for testing). Does anyone know if queries on tables protected by OLS can take advantage of smart scans?

You mentioned on your post at

    that there is a

FYI, Oracle is working on a minor issue where a few of the OLS predicates are not getting offloaded to the Exadata storage if the query compares sys_context attributes to a constant value (e.g 0,1 ..etc). Development plans to have this corrected by the next distributed version.

In the meantime, this means that SYS_CONTEXT is not offloaded nor are any security predicates that depend on it.

    has that been corrected ?
