    re-instrument the Oracle Configuration Manager (OCM) in the database fails

      I followed steps after upgrading the database from 11.1.0.7.0 to 11.2.03 on HP-UX.

      To re-instrument the databases (must be run against each individual 11gR2 database):
      login as sysdba and run
      SQL> drop user ORACLE_OCM cascade;
      SQL> drop directory ORACLE_OCM_CONFIG_DIR;
      Run the following script which will prompt for the SYSDBA-USER password:
      <ocm_install_root>/ccr/admin/scripts/installCCRSQL.sh collectconfig -s <SID> -r <SYSDBA-USER>
      Error Reported:
      ERROR at line 1:
      ORA-20007: ORA-01001: invalid cursor
      ORA-31139: Invalid resource configuration list
      ORA-06512: at line 194
